Welcome to the Eastern Shore Retriever Club, a North American Hunting Retriever Association affiliated club located in Onancock, Virginia. The purpose of the club is to promote the use of retrievers as game conservation tools and provide our members with an opportunity to maximize the abilities of their dogs. Dogs and Handlers of all experience levels are encouraged to join us at one of our training sessions or hunt tests; we're sure you'll find it a positive experience. In addition to the usual waterfowl-oriented work, we use our retrievers for upland hunting, and you will have an opportunity to work your dog on quail or chukar at our events, should you so choose. Our members compete their dogs in AKC hunt tests and field trials and HRC hunt tests as well as NAHRA events; good dog training is good dog training so if you are located on or near the Eastern Shore of Virginia come give us a look.
